Gym & Swim Class Basket Raffle Event

Thank you all so very much if you bought raffle tickets or attended our Gyn & Swim Event on Saturday night! It was a great night of fun for SPE families and we raised almost $5,000 from our raffle ticket sales and event! We are so appreciative of your continued support of PTO. We are also so grateful for all the hard work Jessica Henson and Ashley Magnusson put into making this fundraiser a success and for all the classroom volunteers that put together such amazing class baskets filled with incredible prizes this year!

Attention readers!

Chat ’n Chew is a parent-led, voluntary reading program sponsored by the PTO. It’s offered to  all students in the 1st through 5th grade, once a month during weeks in February, March, and  April. Students are able to have discussions and activities about their books with friends over  their lunch hour!

Through generous funding of the PTO and our school library’s involvement, approximately 10 copies of each book will be available for check out from the school library on a first-come, first-served basis, or they may be borrowed from the Johnson County libraries. Electronic copies and paper/hardback copies can be purchased at various stores or at Amazon.com; most are now $6.99. Participation is free!

Registration is now closed for Chat 'n Chew but if you have any questions, please email Brittany Smith at brittanyjsmith2@gmail.com .
